  • Jonathan H. Corr

    President and CEO

    Jonathan has served as chief executive officer since February 2015, and president since February 2013. Jonathan has also served as a member of Ellie Mae’s Board of Directors since February 2015. Previously, he served as chief operating officer from November 2011 to February 2015, executive vice president and chief strategy officer from November 2009 to November 2011, chief strategy officer from August 2005 to November 2009, and as senior vice president of Product Management from October 2002 to August 2005. Prior to joining Ellie Mae, Jonathan held executive and management positions at PeopleSoft, Inc., KANA, BroadBase Software, and Netscape Communications.   • Matthew LaVay

    EVP and CFO

    Matt has served as executive vice president and chief financial officer since April 2017. From October 2014 to March 2017, Matt served as senior vice president of finance, overseeing finance, accounting, reporting, and strategic planning. From May 2012 to October 2014, he previously served as vice president and corporate controller. Prior to joining Ellie Mae, Matt served as vice president corporate controller at Taleo Corporation from October 2011 to April 2012, and prior to that was corporate controller and senior director of finance at Scientific Learning from July 2010 to October 2011. He began his career with Arthur Andersen LLP in 1991 as an auditor, and subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility, ultimately rising to audit manager. After Arthur Anderson LLP, he then held positions of increasing responsibility at PeopleSoft, Inc., salesforce.com, inc., and Thomas Weisel Partners. Matt holds a Bachelor degree in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology as well as a Master of Accounting degree from Georgia State University, and is also a certified public accountant.     EVP and General Counsel

    Brian is executive vice president and general counsel, and previously served as our vice president of Legal Affairs from March 2015 to February 2016, and senior corporate counsel from January 2014 to March 2015. A seasoned corporate attorney, Brian served as corporate associate for Goodwin Procter LLP, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, representing private equity firms and Silicon Valley companies in mergers, acquisitions, venture capital, and securities transactions.   • Joe Tyrrell

    EVP, Corporate Strategy

    Joe has served as executive vice president of Corporate Strategy since March 2015, overseeing our product strategy, product management, and our business and corporate development efforts involving our network of current and potential business partners and merger and acquisition strategies. He has been with our company since 2002, and previously held the positions of senior vice president of corporate strategy from May 2014 to March 2015 and senior vice president of client management and business development from August 2013 to March 2014. Prior to joining Ellie Mae, Joe served as vice president for Providian Financial in addition to other executive positions within the mortgage industry.   • Peter Hirsch

    EVP, Technology and Operations

    Pete has served as Ellie Mae’s executive vice president of Technology and Operations since June 2015, overseeing all our technology areas including Product Architecture, Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, and Operations, Internal Information Technology, and Security. From February 2013 to June 2015, he served in senior technology roles at Ariba (now SAP Ariba), most recently as CTO and senior vice president of Cloud Engineering and Technology, leading the mainline cloud engineering team and serving as a member of SAP’s CTO Circle. From August 2006 to February 2013, Pete served as chief architect and business unit leader for IBM’s collaborative business process management applications, where he helped establish IBM’s presence in commercial SaaS applications. Pete received a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, also graduating at the top his class and serving as valedictorian of USC’s Engineering School.     Cathleen has served as our executive vice president of Sales and Marketing since March 2015, overseeing all sales, marketing, client management, professional services, and customer support and training. Previously, she served as our senior vice president of sales and client services from February 2012 to March 2015. From January 2010 to December 2011 Cathleen served as senior vice president of sales and client services for Bersin & Associates, and from October 2008 to December 2010 she served as vice president of sales, business development, and client success for Clickability, Inc. She has held various senior management positions with MarketTools, Inc. and Keynote Systems/Vividence, Inc.     SVP, Marketing

    Susan has served as senior vice president of Marketing since December 2012, overseeing the development and execution of Ellie Mae’s marketing, branding, communications, and client acquisition strategies. She previously held global executive marketing positions at leading software companies including Saba, Jigsaw (acquired by Salesforce.com), Taleo, and Commerce One.   • Jeff Benjamin

    SVP, Sales and Client Management

    Jeff joined Ellie Mae in 2001, and currently serves as senior vice president of Sales and Client Management since July 2014, managing the teams responsible for acquiring new Encompass clients as well as the teams who manage client relationships. He is also responsible for managing channel partners in the origination space. Prior to his current role, he served as Ellie Mae’s vice president of Sales for the Banking Division. Before joining Ellie Mae, he served as executive vice president of Sales for Desert Document Services. Jeff holds a BA in International Affairs from the University of Colorado.     Georgeann started her career with Ellie Mae in 2010, and currently serves as senior vice president of Technical and Education Services. Throughout her tenure at Ellie Mae, Georgeann has been instrumental in leading and driving the execution of the Technical and Education Services teams. In 2010 Georgeann’s team had approximately 20 agents, and today her organization has grown to more than 230 Technical Support and Education professionals, supporting more than 3,000+ customers by delivering a full spectrum of Technical Services, Education, Certifications, and Customer Success programs. Her approach to customer success has been recognized across the mortgage and technology industries and she has been named to HousingWire’s 2016 Women of Influence List, Top 100 Mortgage Professional America, and HDI Pinnacle of Excellence Award.     Shea serves as senior vice president of Professional Services, overseeing the successful delivery of customer engagements. She is a seasoned executive with 25 years of experience in developing and leading world class professional services teams. Shea joined Ellie Mae in 2013 to build a scalable infrastructure for the consulting business in order to provide excellent services to Ellie Mae customers. Practices included in the Professional Services organization include implementation services, the consulting partner program, solutions development, Ellie Mae Network services support, advisory consulting, and the project management office. Prior to Ellie Mae, Shea was vice president of Americas at Business Objects, where she led the PSO organization through high growth and saw the company become the number one business intelligence provider in the world.   • Lisa Bruun

    SVP, Administration

    Lisa has served as senior vice president of Administration since 2016, responsible for the Administration team, as well as office planning, facilities management, real estate contracts, and due diligence. Previously she served as Ellie Mae’s senior vice president and vice president of Human Resources, a role she held since 1999. Prior to Ellie Mae she was a human resources consultant with Levi Strauss & Company, as well as director of technical recruiting for Comsys Technical Services Inc./Knauer Consulting. A 20-year veteran of human resource leadership, Lisa has also served as VP of Human Resources and Administration for 800-Software, Inc., a subsidiary of Digital Equipment Inc.   • Nick Hedges

    SVP, Consumer Strategy

    Nick has served as senior vice president of Consumer Strategy since November 2017, having joined the team when Ellie Mae acquired Velocify. In nine years at Velocify, Nick recently served as president and chief executive officer, and previously as chief revenue officer, head of sales, and senior vice president of strategy.

    Prior to Velocify, Nick was at Bain and Company, a venture capitalist, and also founded a successful United Kingdom-based internet trading platform for soft commodities.

    SVP, Corporate Development

    Lester has served as our senior vice president of Corporate Development since June 2016. He leads mergers and acquisitions, integration, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Ellie Mae, Lester served as vice president of Global Corporate Development, M&A and strategy for Visa, where he led transaction execution and developed M&A strategy. Prior to Visa, he was a senior vice president in Technology M&A with Lehman Brothers/Barclays, and held similar leadership positions with Merrill Lynch and Thomas Weisel Partners.     Jonas is senior vice president of Market Strategy, having originally joined Ellie Mae in 2001. He previously served as group product manager during which, among other contributions, he developed Ellie Mae’s Encompass Electronic Document Management and Encompass Webcenter online client portal solutions, as well the Encompass Client Resource Center.   • Parvesh Sahi

    SVP, Business Development

    Parvesh, the Senior Vice President of Business Development, is responsible for the corporate strategy development of partner, investor, and government relations. He joined Ellie Mae to help bring an integrated and automated compliance experience to Encompass customers following the acquisition of Mavent, a mortgage compliance engine.

    Parvesh has evolved the Business Development organization to help execute Ellie Mae’s vision of automating everything that is automatable in the mortgage industry. His focus on technology, secondary market partner relationships, and connectivity has streamlined the mortgage origination process and experience for Ellie Mae customers and partners – all the way from the borrower experience to mortgage servicing and securitization.

    Prior to Ellie Mae, Parvesh helped grow ComplianceEase and QuestSoft’s organization through his sales, product, and business development leadership. He has a background in real estate investment, and participates in several Bay Area technology and real estate groups to foster a dialogue about the benefits of disruptive mortgage technology.

    John joined Ellie Mae in 2017 as senior vice president and Chief Information Officer. In this role he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s internal information technology and systems, and partners with business units for the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems to align with Ellie Mae’s technology vision and business strategy in support of business operations. John has over 20 years in the IT industry. Prior to joining the company, he was senior vice president of IT at Hitachi Data Systems, where he helped drive the transformation from a hardware-selling company to enable growth in cloud-based software and solutions. Before Hitachi Data Systems, John held roles at Symantec, JDS Uniphase, KPMG Consulting, and British Nuclear Fuels plc.     CSO

    Dr. Selim Aissi joined Ellie Mae in 2016 as chief security officer. In this role he is responsible for Ellie Mae’s overall security program, including security operations, security engineering, and governance, risk, and compliance. Prior to joining Ellie Mae, Selim was the vice president of Global Information Security at Visa, where he led critical security programs that transformed Visa’s information security practices into a market-leader, enabled product innovation, and drove global expansion via new data centers. During his 4-year tenure at Visa he was responsible for leading company-wide initiatives including the overall security of Visa Checkout, Apple Pay and Visa’s Data Protection Program. Before joining Visa, he spent over 11 years at Intel where he held senior management and technology roles and championed several security technologies for Intel’s server, desktop, and mobile products. Prior to Intel, Selim held senior engineering positions at General Dynamics, General Motors, and Applied Dynamics International. Selim holds Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral engineering degrees from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He has been an Advisory Board Member for several startups and was named one of the “Top 59 Most Influential Security Experts” by IT Security Magazine. Selim holds over 100 US and International patents in various areas of computer and information security, and was co-author of the book Security for Mobile Networks and Platforms (Artech House).     Founder, CTO Emeritus

    Limin is the co-founder of Ellie Mae, and has served as chief technology officer (currently emeritus) since the inception of Ellie Mae in August, 1997. From January, 1996 to August, 1997, he was CTO and president of Hugo Technologies, Inc., a technology consulting firm. Prior to Hugo, he was vice president and general manager at Teknekron Corporation, a software consulting company, and has also held various research positions at IBM Research Center.     Michael joined Ellie Mae in 2016 as senior vice president and chief architect. In this role he is responsible for directing the architecture of Ellie Mae’s complete cloud solution offering, and drives the evolution and design of Ellie Mae’s open industry cloud platform. Additionally, Michael provides input across the technical, architectural, and business perspectives. Michael brings over 20 years of experience in technology expertise to the Ellie Mae team. Prior to joining the company, he worked at Visa as the chief architect for merchant and acquirer processing. In this role, he was responsible for architecture and design of SaaS electronic payments processing systems. Prior to his work at Visa, Michael was the chief technology officer at Stanford Hospital and Clinics, where he was responsible for managing architecture. Prior to joining Ellie Mae Satheesh was employed at Yahoo for 14 years, where he held various technology leadership positions, recently as senior director of Cloud Platform, where he was responsible for managing Cloud Infrastructure and Services for Yahoo.     Distinguished Architect

    Ting Wu is the distinguished architect at Ellie Mae and has been with the company since 2000. He has served as senior vice president of development manager and has held director and vice president positions. Ting has also served as a faculty research assistant with the Center for Automation Research at the University of Maryland, as well as with IBM’s internet division. He was lead engineer with Prodigy before serving as lead architect with S&P, Comstock.
